The food style is predominantly British with influences from the continent. We serve an a la carte and bar menu daily which change as the seasons influence the local produce available. The a la carte menu provides more traditional pub fare with a strong emphasis on quality.
Our tasting menus are served on Friday and Saturday evenings in our mezzanine restaurant. They combine classic dishes with modern cooking techniques and are a fantastic way to sample a range of what the current season has to offer. The tasting menu is expertly paired with an optional wine flight from our award winning list.
Everything is prepared on site, from bread to ice-cream. Our fish is delivered daily from the coast and meat sourced locally where possible. As a keen forager, the chef utilises as much produce as possible that the surrounding area has to offer alongside homegrown fruit and veg kindly donated by customers from thriving allotments.
Both menus evolve with the seasons and illustrate the very best of the diverse ingredients the West Country has to offer.
