Our food is predominantly British. All menus evolve with the seasons and illustrate the very best of the diverse ingredients the West Country has to offer.
Everything is prepared on site, from bread to ice-cream. Our fish is delivered daily from West Country fishermen and meat sourced locally. As keen foragers, the chefs utilize as much produce as possible that the surrounding area has to offer, alongside our greenhouse leaves and locally grown fruit and veg kindly donated by neighbours from thriving allotments.
In keeping with the passion for local produce in the kitchen, the Pump House stocks many of the regions finest beverages. Local ales from Butcombe, Moor Beer and Bristol Beer Factory and weekly changing guests.
Our amazing back bar contains several hundred gins and counting… Speak to our bartenders for a recommendation. Our gin cocktail list is simple and seasonal.
The wine list is carefully selected from a range of local suppliers who source as much of their wine as possible from small, independent vineyards who promote sustainable methods with as little handling as possible.
We offer bespoke tasting menus Monday-Saturday, with advance notice (48 hours minimum) and will reflect the best the season has to offer, and can be accompanied with a wine or gin flight at your request. Please speak to a member of our friendly events team to book.
A sample Sunday menu is available to view here on our website, all main courses are served with a selection of seasonal veggies and roast potatoes. We are family and dog friendly, but do please advise on booking of any little ones joining the party so we can allocate an appropriate table.
